i work with foster kids on a daily basis. i've seen the ones that turn 18 and they have nothing and are just tossed aside and i see kids that are heading down that same path. and i know if i was in there shoes. it wouldn't matter if they were white, black, hispanic, hetero, or homo, just as long as i had someone who loved me and i knew i was safe with.
but its people like this lady that i honestly think are evil. what kind of person would deny a child a warm bed, clean clothes, a hug from someone who honestly cares about them? honestly. if you do read this i want you to do something for me. go up and ask someone, "do you think a person would deny a child a warm bed, clean clothes, a hug from someone who honestly cares about them. would you call that person a good person or a bad person?" the answer is obvious.
love is love and it does not have a gender.
